Appliance FixLine was built by working appliance technicians who kept hearing the same story: a homeowner watched three videos, read a forum thread, ordered a part that did not fix anything, and still ended up paying for a service call.
We thought there should be a middle step. Instead of guessing, you show a technician what is actually happening — the sound, the error code, the water on the floor, the model tag — and get a straight answer about what is likely wrong and what part it takes.
Sometimes that answer is "replace the appliance." Sometimes it is "this needs a hands-on tech." We would rather tell you that in twenty minutes than sell you a part that will not help.
